A private changing area, showers, and lockers are included with your monthly dues. Allie’s Figure Spa offers diet consultation and 3-5 private appointments with an instructor to learn new routines. Allie’s Figure Spa Staff will change your routine every 30 workout days. Allie’s Figure Spa also offers classes: Fitness, Aerobics, Low Impact, Stomach, Hips & Thighs, Beginner Reducing, Step, Spinning, and a large Video library so that you are never bored with your workout.
