I have been doing LPG-1 treatments at Allies and after 8 sessions I lost 5lbs and 22 inches! I love it! I fit my clothes better and have a lot more confidence when I run. Ill definitely email you the final measures but I would 100% recommend this service.

I lost a total of 15lbs and about 36 inches from doing LPG at allies and I LOVE the results. I'm finally confident in a pair of shorts and I feel amazing. Not only did the LPG help me lose inches and cellulite, but Allie really helped me with my diet and I feel so much better. I was always health conscience and watched what I ate, but Allie really helped me focus and fine tune my diet. She helped me see what I was doing wrong, that I had no clue I was even doing wrong!

I'm so glad I did LPG at allies. I had been to a consultation with a plastic surgeon about my thighs before hearing about allies. He told me that having liposuction on my legs alone would only make my legs smaller, but it would take nearly 6 months recovery time, and it could leave excess skin (which in my opinion is worse than chunky legs), and it would do NOTHING for my cellulite. Needless to say I left crying. Going to allies not only made my legs smaller and annihilated the cellulite, but made me smaller all over and healthier!

On top of the amazing benefits of LPG and the health advice from Allie, Allie really is a great person to just hang out with for 30 min 3 times a week!  Me and my roommate both joke that Allie is our life coach. She's very comfortable to be around and extremely easy to talk to. I definitely recommend allies! LPG One Is Great!!!

Along with my diet and exercise i am doing the LPG One at Allie's Day Spa. I am now on session 16 out of the 20 and I can really notice a difference in my stomach, waist, butt and upper thigh. After 10 sessions I lost 10lbs and 25 inches total. My stomach is tighter, I now have a waist line and a butt, and best of all my stretch marks are fading. Everybody that I have come across at Allie's Figure and Day Spa has been so very nice and welcoming. My experience has been great. I would really recommend the LPG One. It has been great for me. I would also recommend Allie's Day Spa just for nice relaxing time away.

I received a gift certificate to Allies for my birthday. I have never been to a spa, so I did not know what to expect. I was very satified with my experience. When you first get there, you are put in this room for an aquamassage bath. This totally relaxes you. It can really put you to sleep. Next I was taken to the locker room where I was assigned a locker to store my things. In each locker is a robe, towel and a pair of slippers. You them go to the lounge to where you can sit in either a chaise lounge chair or a message chair while drinking your choice of water, cucumber water (which was very good), mimisas or orange juice. There you wait for the person to get you for your facial, massage, pedicure or manicure. That day I got a pedicure and massage. By the end of my visit, I was completely relaxed. The staff is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I have been to several day spas but this was above the rest. The staff is completely professional & very kind. Top of the line. Everything is clean, neat, & refreshing.When I arrived I was greeted by a room of staff members & guided to the locker room area where I found a nice white thick robe, slippers, & a fresh towel to change into for my day of heaven.Afterwards I was then guided to a waiting lounge where I had the pickings of fresh orange juice, hot tea, or champagne.With in minutes I was directed into a room with peaceful sounds of nature & a kind woman who gave me a facial & upper body toner. That in it's self was very relaxing. Total time there was 45 minutes to 1 hour.Next I was guided into another room where I experienced a FULL Body massage like No other.From head to toes. Total time was about 1 hour & half. But very worth it in GOLD.Finally the last room I entered had 4 LARGE massage chairs. There I had the manicure & pedicure plus hand, arm, & foot massage. To top it all off I had my toes & figure nails painted...(they have the largest selection of paint colors I have ever seen!)I have gone back every year for the last 4 years.& I plan on going again every year for the rest of my life. The experience is like no other!Us women surly need the break & pampering.

I have been using the laser treatment for hair growth for three months. I am seeing hair growth already. I'm extremely happy with my results sofar. I would definitely recommend this treatment.

I have had 11 LPG One sessions so far. On the nineth one I was weighed and measured. I lost 10 lbs. and 34 inches. I am very happy with this program. I have dropped from a size 16 to a 12 pants and have dropped a bra size due to the loss in my back.

Everyone at Allie's is so nice and have been very helpful. Allie is a wonderful person and has met me early on Saturday morning when I couldn't come during the week. She is so energetic and enjoys what she is doing, which makes going so much more fun for me.
