I have had 11 LPG One sessions so far. On the 9th one I was weighed and measured. I lost 10 lbs. and 34 inches. I am very happy with this program. I have dropped from a size 16 to a 12 pants and have dropped a bra size due to the loss in my back.

Everyone at Allie's is so nice and have been very helpful. Allie is a wonderful person and has met me early on Saturday morning when I couldn't come during the week. She is so energetic and enjoys what she is doing, which makes going so much more fun for me.
